All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken at the time that orders are placed. These orders will be billed if no advanced cancellation is received. (See Cancellations above.)
All airport trips reservations changed or cancelled less than 24 hour before pickup time, will incur at 50% charge (plus greet charge if applicable). 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all charter and specialty vehicle reservations. Our cancellation fee minimum $50. We may cancel reservation with 24 hours.
We don't have share ride services, We are only private services limousine company.
We will charge %10 STC (Service Transportation Charge) for all reservations.
Listed rates are based on one to three passengers for sedans and four passengers for limousines, additional passengers to/from the same address pay only $10 per person. Customers who travel with pets, excessive luggage, skis, specific smoking requests, or additional stops will require private car service. 4 or more passengers also requires private car service.
All charters require 40% down, to void full charges, you must cancelled before the dead line.

- Two weeks on Limo Party Bus, Excursion, Hummer H2
Children must have a car seat provided by the passenger.
Available upon request in the baggage claim for $40 + Private Car Rate.
Long Distance / Out of State Trips

Flash Limousine has several vans and busses for larger groups or special events. Please call for a quotation.
Lost and Found
Flash Limousine is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. However, every attempt is made to return lost items.
Private Car Waiting Time
There is a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, there is a charge of $15 for every 15 minutes. Additional charges apply for 100-inch and 120-inch stretch limousines.
Detailing, shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior) fee is $ 150.00. Any type damages or broken in passenger side of car is customers responsible.
A premium rate of $15.00 applies to the following ;
Daily: Between 10:45 pm and 5:15 am
Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
