Guaranteed Payments:
All reservations
are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card
number will be taken at the time the orders
placed. These orders will be billed if no advance
cancellation is received. (See cancellation policy
below)
Private Vehicles : We are private rides company. There is no share
rides.
Traveling with Pets: Customers, who travel with pets, must have them in
cage.
Children: Children must have car seat, provided by the
passenger.
Airport Greets:
Available upon
request in the baggage claim area $ 25.00.
Long Distance/Out of State Trips: Please call for a quotation.
Lost and Found:
Prime Limousine is
not responsible for lost and stolen.
Cleaning :
Detailing, shampoo and
disinfecting (due to sickness interior) fee is $
150.00
C a n c e l l a t i
o n s:
For airports and pick ups:
Orders changed or cancelled
less than 3 hour before pick-up time will incur a
$ 70.00 cancellation fee. At airport pick ups;
after your plane landed, you must call us next 45
minutes to void $ 70.00 fee. More details on
cancellation policy below.
Meeting Limousine at Airport: Pick up luggage and call 630 - 926

Waiting Time:
There is a 15
minutes grace period. After the grace period has
elapsed, there is a charge of $ 15.00 every 15
minutes.
Charters:
All charters
require 20 % down, to void full charges, you must
cancelled before the dead line.
- One week on sedan and stretch limousines
- Two weeks on Chrysler 300, Excursion, HummerH2
Premium Rates:
A premium rate of
$20.00 applies to the following ;
Daily: Between 10:45 pm and 5:00 am
Holidays:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's
Eve and
New
Year's
