I booked Flash Limo to collect from the Cruise Terminal Fort Lauderdale to take us to Miami Port on 15th October. I booked a standard sedan and was amazed when the stretch limo turned up, on time to collect us. What a way to start another cruise! The driver was polite and helpful with our luggage, very professional. I gave my credit card details when booking but paid cash to the driver. On returning home I realized the money had also been taken from my credit card but after contacting Flash Limo by email, I received profound apologies and the money was returned to my card within 48 hours as promised.
